Warrior Dash

On Saturday a group of 12 friends from work and church joined forces to participate in the Warrior Dash. The Warrior Dash is a 5km event with about 15 different obstacles.  Basically the run is secondary to the costume contest. The race was held near Sagamiko, about an hour and a half train ride from home. Our group decided on a RAMBO Theme. It was perfect!!! We all brought our camo shorts,  black tops, red headbands, and some of us even came prepared with water guns. By the end of the race we were known as the water gun group.

I think the best part of the whole race was going together as a team and shooting random strangers with water guns. I learned how to say "hands up" in Japanese, so I proceded to say that and then shoot people anyways... Most people welcomed the cool shower. But it was great to get out of the city and run through the forest and mud! I can't wait until next time!!!
We all had so much fun! I think next time we are going to go with a Ghostbusters Theme... That way we still get water guns.

Here is a video that a friend made of the whole race!
Thank's Terry for the AWESOME VIDEO!!! And a big thanks for everyone who came our for a run in the woods!
